Brady's Landing - What Sets Us Apart?

The Environment
Introspection and serenity are critical when beginning a path to recovery. The privacy of our location, the amazing views overlooking the water, and the expansive landscape create the perfect setting to relax, meditate, journal, do yoga, or just chat with new friends. Our residents say there’s an energy here that makes it feel like home. Give us a call and schedule a tour.

Having Fun
When starting out in early recovery, it is so important to develop a renewed interest in hobbies and activities that were enjoyed before the addiction. It is also advisable to begin exploring other sober activities that can be experienced with new friends. Residents here can plan such things as kayaking, biking, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and games such as badminton, corn-hole, croquet, pool, darts, and more.

Recovery Coaches
We provide access to a multitude of recovery resources both locally and state-wide. To ensure our residents receive complete recovery support, we have Recovery Coaches available on a part-time, full-time, or around-the-clock basis. Many of our residents feel more comfortable with an added level of recovery support during their first few months of sobriety. Both residents and non-residents can take advantage of this service. Contact us for more information.

Meals & Nutrition
On the journey back to health and wholeness, it is critical that the body receives proper nourishment. We stress the importance of a balanced diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains. During warm seasons, our women participate in planting, then help to cultivate and harvest foods from the vegetable garden.

Fitness
Staying active is a vital part of returning your body to an optimal state of wellness. We want to ensure that our residents take advantage of the endorphins naturally released through exercise. The women enjoy walks to the beach, the boardwalk, town conservation areas, and all around the quaint town of Sandwich.

Independence
At Brady’s Landing, we understand the need to attend outpatient treatment, medical appointments, support groups/meetings, volunteer activities, the gym, etc. Therefore, we allow and encourage residents to have their own vehicles during their stay (licensed & insured, of course). Again, practicing such responsiblities here only helps when transitioning back to independent living.
